First Time At Beech Springs

                          Friday 28th my creative writing teacher took us to read to a Special Ed class at Beech Springs. But we weren't reading regular children books. We all had to make our own children s book. My friend Destinee made one called "Foods Around the World." We wanted to make it as easy as possible, and what could be easier than reading a book with no plot, no conflict, and no characters. Ok, we just thought we would do the thing that would take the least amount of time.
                  Anyway, it was fun. Destinee and I had to work with these really sweet girls who didn't want us to read to them and pretty much just took the book and read to us. It was so cute, and when we finished and still had a bit of time they started messing with our hair and putting it up. We didn't really like them touching our hair but we felt like if we told them no we would be the freaking devil. So we had fun and I can't wait to go back.
